RESPA tech has been funded by National Institutes of Health (N.I.H.), US Air Force, and US Army. The RESPA devices operates using six standard built-in sensors, including a sophisticated microphone that collects breathing sounds from the nose and mouth. RESPA’s onboard algorithm analyzes rhythmic and non-rhythmic breathing zones in real-time and provides immediate feedback through a vibration alert to help you reach the desired breathing pattern (inhale/exhale) and rhythm.
