RESPA is a wearable clip-on sensor and mobile app that helps you rebuild and regulate your breath patterns at home. RESPA helps you rebuild your breath to the next level using guided breathing exercises.
RESPA device analyzes your breathing sounds (inhale/exhale) and sends vibration feedback in real-time to help you maintain rhythmic breathing and keep you in tune with your breath. RESPA’s proprietary algorithm interprets your breathing patterns so that you can improve your practice.

RESPA tech has been funded by National Institutes of Health (N.I.H.), US Air Force, and US Army. The RESPA devices operates using six standard built-in sensors, including a sophisticated microphone that collects breathing sounds from the nose and mouth. RESPA’s onboard algorithm analyzes rhythmic and non-rhythmic breathing zones in real-time and provides immediate feedback through a vibration alert to help you reach the desired breathing pattern (inhale/exhale) and rhythm.
The RESPA mobile app makes it easy to track your results over time. Loaded with guided breathing tracks, you can rebuild breath control in between practice sessions, or start tracking a practice session right from the app.
